Today it’s clean so there. We’re going to do some of the basics of social media we’ve added a couple things about clubhouse because oddly enough clubhouse was nice enough to open it up to.
And writes this This Sunday so we’re going to talk about that a little bit. All right now what’s interesting though in the last year we’ve all noticed that social media has become way more important as we all pivoted our businesses social media for a lot of smaller businesses became really important because all of a sudden they couldn’t go to the meetings that they were able to go to what’s really wonderful for small businesses and we cover this slide in almost every one of our of ours is that as a small business owner your ability to pay what you’re doing is far greater than a really large company and to you that that is an advantage.
Most social media is being used not quite right by a lot of companies so. Let’s show you a few of the right ways to do it and today is the 10 is the 10 Cs because c. is an average grade and every one of you we try to make content today easily digestible from anyone whether you’re an advanced user or beginner you’re going to get different things from today and at the very least every one of you gets can get a half hour with Sharon and I when she’s sitting here.

Secret Millionaire in fact if you can keep it secret he’s writing the forward for our new book because he and his sister run their business together and he’s going to be doing a forward for a buxom show don’t tell anybody it’s a secret you’re the only people outside of Sharon and I know that now.
Also been interviewed by Kevin Harrington who was one of the original sharks on chart and state the goal is to so isn’t your stream to give you a lot of a lot of tactics in a lot of ways that you’re going that’s going to make your social media far more.

Understand that this is just like any other marketing tactic social media gets is is. In the press a lot because it’s easy to talk about what happens there but as far as marketing goes just like direct mail or e-mail marketing or networking or any other way that you market your business this is just a tactic and in order to use it the best way you should have your target audience down pat for example if your audience are cat lovers then all you do is take a picture of one of our cats here movie and just pose that picture all the time that dental work can get you all sorts of comments and posts and likes and everything like that that every time I post a picture of him everyone seems to like it so everybody say are all your up you so let’s go through a couple of marketing basics that are going to help you.
We don’t create any marketing messages we don’t post anything on social media with knowing without knowing exactly who we’re creating it for I’m going to reference our pages a lot.
Where we’re we’re at you off creative every platform. That we’re on and it’s it’s very definite more talk about this and a few slides you can tell the difference between our personal pages in our business page what will cover that a little bit but if you are if your target audience are people who want to travel to Hawaii and Alaska Oh my gosh then Monica is going to post things that relate to her why in Alaska now she can also post things that deal with other travel just because it’s interesting but.
There’s no reason for her to post something about say the latest baseball scores because it it her our audience doesn’t come to her for that they come to her for marketing information or for travel information now there’s a couple of ways that you that you put this together.
Start thinking of your your favorite customers and you’re probably going to have 2 or 3 different categories here we’ve got 6 of them we call we call each of them Harriet they all have a different name the 1st one was named Harry.
Because it was a female avatar and I hate using your avatar so it’s a Harriet. That 1st avatar that 1st Harriet her job was that she was the right hand person of a guy that owned a company and there are several other descriptions descriptives about her 40 to 60 years old.
Self does it Nature is Christian though one was Jewish college educated average is 2 and a half kids and we mention this because as you can split up who your audiences are it helps you want 2 ways one when you’re posting something when you’re creating any marketing message.
You feel like you’re talking directly to that one person. And the other side of that coin is that when somebody asks who’s who you know who’s your best customer or how would I know who to talk to you know who to refer to you.
The better your description the easier it is for them to get a picture in their mind of who you want to talk to now if all of these women were walked into a car dealer they’re probably all looking for a different kind of car.
So how a car person you know car sales person talks to them is going to be different. Is there they’re probably looking for something different and you know the.
One of my favorite examples of this taking that theory and putting it into real practice. By the way this is not a new one for Panda Express this is this is the old one we have it we’ve already got a new hand express or seek as we went there last week but panda when you go to their store they say would you like a free entree the next time you’re here and if you go to their website and you fill out the form they’re going to ask for several bits of demographic information about you and they’re going to ask what you ordered was it how was the food and how was the service they’re gathering a picture of what their customers think of the restaurant and they’re doing it demographically.
But there are you know this slide but some of the other slides are are gathering of psychographic information what’s going on in your mind as far as how you’re ordering you know I should go back and add some of their slides to it but the better you can describe your client the easier it is to talk to them and the other half of the equation the psychographics.
People don’t buy for logical reasons they buy for Moshe once several years ago I was going to a chamber of commerce mixer I have been thinking of buying a particular Honda.
The mixer was right next to the Honda store and I walked in had some extra time the car I wanted was on the floor so what the heck I let the salesperson talk me you know walk me through it I knew I wanted to buy one it was going to be my next car wasn’t quite ready to buy but you know I was going to be ready real soon I had the price in mind that I was going to going to bargain for and he’s showing me the car I said so how much is this one and he gave me a price and I said I’ll take it.
Because he would give me he gave me a price that was a little bit below what I wanted to pay so he had to say I knew that you know this was going to go fast look cool was that your little car.
But he had satisfied all of the emotional side of it and then he just added the price part but he took away every every objective now I wouldn’t recommend it you just say I’ll take it one by your car but.
I saw it really no reason to haggle I knew the price that that they offered was worth it so what’s going on in your client’s mind on your screen is is our trade show that we know and.
We know because we did some research with our audience that. When we put it together people are going to think it was cute because we sent the mock ups to all of our different clients all of our different Harriet’s and they all said Hell yeah that would be really cute that would attract my attention we didn’t read know until we brought it out of the field that it really does work as a top of the funnel.
Divider for our clients people that get it they get that it’s Lucy from peanuts or psychiatric help 5 cent booth. More often than not they they kind of get us and we’re going to we’re going to have a really good conversation if they don’t get it they’re not in our audience and we’ve tested this out enough times.
I can even post a picture of this trade show because and judging by the response of our audience I know if I should really continue that conversation. One of one of my friends on Facebook I posted a picture and he posted I’m in love with that trench over.
Ok so I continued the conversation turned out he was starting a business. And ended up hiring us. So the trade shows worked on social media as well as it did in the field at a trade show so knowing who your customer is and being able to split it out is really important.
Everything that you’re going to post I want you to start thinking of them in terms of being sidewalk sometimes I mean everything you post it’s a sidewalk sign in marketing our goal is to get our prospects to raise their hand and say I would like more information if they say they want more information there are allowing you to start the sales process process.
We don’t want to jump right into sales then we’re and I’m going to look at the attendee list just for a sack. You know what I don’t think there are any realtors but I’m going to use realtors as as an example because my best friends in real estate tend to use social media this way.
Realtors instead of really talking about real estate tend to post just pictures of the stuff they’ve got for sale they’re not developing any sort of a relationship with their audience they just think oh I’ve got an open house I’m going to put it all over social media and you scroll through their pages and that’s all there is they’re not building any kind of interest by posting articles about houses or you know or houses in foreign countries and other states that are really pretty and just saying hey in this a really neat house they’re not developing an interest and they’re not getting their clue capturing their clients’ attention.
This side walk sign we saw in the while we were in London and it was we were thought oh we’re going to go in and we’re going to participate in the Big Bang Theory and then we saw the date were gone.
So we figured out. We did after waste the barkeeps time by going through all the details we didn’t have to raise our hand and walk in and say we want we want to sign up for it if we were and how we would have got it raised our head and say we’d like information about this we want to sign up for your contest.
The sidewalk sign a literal sidewalk sign gave us just enough information for us to decide if we wanted to continue that conversation so the things that you’re posting are designed to give your prospect anough information that they want to continue a conversation with you so start thinking so write down sidewalk Simonds what you everything you want to post that’s what you want to be about.
Your marketing. What you want to use your marketing to position yourself as a problem solver. If you can solve your area you know what her problem is what her challenges are you have a really good chance of getting her to raise her hand and say yeah I’m interested this is what your whole purpose on social media is going to do so let’s get to it.
So which are the correct platforms you get the these quite These are 2 questions we get all the time which one should I use and I have to be all of them.
Use the ones most appropriate and know you know however for there is an asterisk there so which platform be on kind of depends who is your audience and how much time you’re going to invest in social media.
How if you have to be on I’ll say that for another slight. If you are a b. to b. person you’re selling a service that is mostly the other business peer people like share not worse we’re small business coaches we talk to business owners we don’t talk to you know the consumer public we talk to the business public so we’re on Linked In all the time.
We also are on Facebook because it’s the largest one and if you if you only have time to be on one Facebook is a really good to be one to be on because it is the biggest.
As you can see on this chart depending on who you’re hearing it is you can picture which platforms are most important. There’s I think there’s a slide later on but I’ll listen to.
That. Study on the job.
Just. To start out there are.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you or face somebody else’s unmediated but see if I can ask a minimalist here. He he or she thanks for your time anyway keep in mind the average amount of time that somebody has on any of these platforms various.
Interest in Linked In which is one of the b. to b. people spend the least amount of average time on. Social site Facebook which is far more social you know far more personal is a lot longer.
You should be able to do this in about 22 minutes. Your goal is to post something every day and on each platform you’re on and it can be the same thing.
But you’re also going to want to respond to the things that people type on your posts. Every night I do a question of the day on my personal profile and no matter what somebody answers I’m either I’m saying something usually it’s a thanks for thanks for the or good comment or something.
This is a social media the is the 1st word social meaning people interacting. So when somebody comments on one of your posts going through and making sure that they know that you post that you saw their post and you answer it helps develop that conversation which we’ll talk about in that.
But there isn’t what there there’s one I want to talk about specifically a line a ball doesn’t get a lot of press because it’s still small it’s about 6000000 users compared to you know billions on Facebook but this is for all the to be it’s all for small business owners so if you’re looking to be a big fish in a small pond I would suggest looking at a line of bull there are all a lot of groups in there that you can join you know if you use.
With say a. You know if he’s not as an example if there’s a group the talks about travel she should she should join the group the talks about travel because she has a much higher chance of being seen and comments the talk about their shared I have a group on there for couples and business together so line was really good.
I want to talk about clubhouse for a few slides because this is new it’s still in beta test. And until this Sunday you have to have an Apple product to get on you can now get on as an Android user if you’re in the United States.
It’s auditory there’s no typing posts there’s no adding pictures you’re on there and you’re speaking that’s the entire purpose of it my definition it’s kind of like talk radio where it’s you can start your own radio show.
And you can be on other radio shows very simply. The communication happens in rooms.
You can have get up to 6000 people in a room I think the largest room the chairman I have around 100 so. There’s a big delta there. These are virtual and none of the content is recorded.
That’s the official guideline I will tell you that they are recorded but for a very specific reason. If someone is abusive in there and they get reported they go back and check the audio.
I don’t know the length of time they keep it but I know that if nobody’s reported within 24 hours if they’re not going back but the content is recorded so be aware and know that it could be.
That it is going somewhere. You have a profile and the right side of your screen you get an example of Sharon’s profile if it was from a couple of weeks ago.
People will follow you and you can follow others kind of like a vase book you’ve got friends. You know you can be connected with somebody that way and on your business profile you can get you’ve got people that are fans of your page so either followers or following.
You can create a club which means that all of your followers when you open a room to talk. All of your followers will be will be like you know that hey Sharon has started a room and here’s what it’s about.
And if you happen to be on the platform I have to do is click and it brings you into the room. Now in the room you’ve got a Mercer person that’s running it is called a moderator.
They can they run the room they can bring you up to speak you can raise your hand there’s a little icon you click the icon it brings it to speak so that you can add to the conversation and there are listeners.
This is on your screen this is what a room looks like you can see the moderators are all indicated with the little green circle. A moderator can make you a moderator because you so you can help them around the room.
The downside to this platform is that there’s no way to message someone within the app you know on Facebook there’s a way to click your messenger and you can send them send private messages back and forth there’s no way to do that on clubhouse which is really frustrating.
So most people within their profile add a link to their Instagram or their Twitter profile Instagram way outnumbers to Twitter the Twitter ones. You can click a link in their platform and their profile and have it open.
So I I find that what I am on the platform when I’m in clubhouse. I use an i Pad It’s interesting it’s the only thing I use the i Pad for so I’ll be at my desk here I will have the platform the my i Pad open I’m in clubhouse but I have my screen on my computer I’ll have Instagram.
So that if I fear somebody say something cool in the room or want to be connected or I want to give them information I’d say they were in a real maze and they asked a question about marketing and I wanted to private message them and answer I would open Instagram open their pull their profile find their Instagram heading see it starts to get a little.
Confusing until you’ve done it several times and I can send them a message. Was this really me this is the have until clubhouse figures out a way to message within the platform Facebook kind of owns them because they own Instagram which means that Facebook through Instagram is getting access access to all of the data everybody in town called us because we’re all using Instagram as our way of communicating outside of compounds they have a very symbiotic relationship that at the moment is going to have to get solved by clubhouse I think if they want to succeed long term that’s going to be important they still consider themselves to be a beta testing.
There are a lot of numbers of who won who’s on it I have seen I’ve seen different numbers I’ve seen one that says that that 60 percent male users I’ve also seen numbers that say that 60 percent female so I’m not sure that we have the correct numbers yet.
If your target audience are small business owners it’s a really great platform to be on I think every every social media marketing person in the world is on that.
I think if you’re looking for a virtual assistant There’s seem to be thousands of them on it. It’s a wonderful way to have conversations with people you wouldn’t normally be able to have conversations where there was a room last week.
Where Michael Seltzer who runs Social Media Examiner So very popular social media magazine. Was an urban area will have a conversation about content and I would have been able to have that cause that conversation very easily with him it would have been a reach out through Facebook half questions and here through e-mail and our questions.
But we had a really extended you know cool extended conversation about how long should your content be on your blogs and videos and such and I was really happy to find out that that the longer content the better it is being seen on an s.c.m. point of view so I share that with you because he shared that with me so.
Clubhouse it is new I suggest you get on it if you need an invitation to be on it reach out to Sharon and I think we each have several invitations we can give you get a limited amount.
But reach out to us and we’ll connect your email in fact my email address is on there now if you want to an invitation reach out to us and we’ll get you one.
Also this is a social media Chichi pros and cons if you like that our e-mail address is on the screen just say you want to Chichi and you get that as well.
Number 2 really important make sure your profile is complete that means you have a photo of you. I would suggest you use the same photo across every platform that way when people go from platform to platform and seek you out.
They instantly recognize that I’m in the right place and they’ve got you. You need all of your content all your contact information. Phone number of you I email.
This is narrow where I get a hand that says but if I put my email address on there people are going to send me e-mails yes they are and the best way to use social media is to give people ways that they can reach out to you and connect if you can order your services.
Going back 89 years now. I was rather disturbed when a client reached out through Facebook and sent me a message hey we need more pens and can you reorder my my stuff and I was indignant I was like hey wait a minute said even now this is this is Facebook and I realized hey wait they’re trying to spend money with Mary really should just take the order and be quiet and Katrina’s a question.
On your personal profile remember the name of the name of the platform is Facebook so it should be your face. If you’re a small business owner I would strongly suggest you stood on your on your business page strongly suggest you still yours your face put your logo up in the in the header picture.
Primer. Be consistent use a photo no don’t use the logo because you’re not being a social in this and social media so that helps Katrina. This is these are 2 Facebook profiles that I got friend requests from.
I didn’t accept either of them because they’re not completed all these appeasers kind of ghost profiles also up at the top where you get a your cover photo don’t cut off your head.
This is yet another another one that I got and see Katrina Katrinka to make my point this person has a logo in there. There’s no smile there’s no reach out there’s no hit let’s get connected on that so yeah photo there the logo could have been at the top on the cover shot would have been really nice but there you go.
Being consistent How often do you post there’s an awful lot going on social media and every every minute every hour every day. I am continuously amazed that anything that any of us get seen.
The short answer is once a day on every platform that you’re on kind of simple and easy one when to post that’s kind of that’s kind of a trick we’ll talk about that in a 2nd.
The social media platforms. They give you some numbers. Your mileage may vary Twitter the posts the tweets are going so quickly that if you want to generate traction on Twitter you’re very much going to have to post all the time.
Facebook. Every day every darn day at least once a day our pages are set up we happen to use an app that. And we use it for a lot of our clients that.
We’re there we’re kind of their safety net we make sure something it’s ghosted every day so that if they don’t get around to it something is there to. Make sure they’re posting every day.
And let’s let’s play the game here. All of these platforms are free. And the reason they’re free is because you and I are what they’re selling they’re selling our eyeballs they’re telling their advertisers if you put your ad here we’re going to help you you know if you’re looking for a male business owner it is foodies.
That lives in this area that is you know they can describe me and if that matches what somebody wants to sell to me as a person I’m going to see their ads now let’s look at it from how we can help them help us if you would I are giving Facebook or any of the platforms if we’re giving them content they’re going to shore things our stuff to more people.
Let’s look at this is if it were a.b.c. c.b.s. or n.b.c. networks. They’re free but we have to watch out for the content is free we get to watch mom we get to watch you know whatever show you like you get to watch are free but there are apps you get to use Facebook and connect with all of your friends but there are ads.
The more that we post the more our content is going to be shown the more you post interesting things the more interaction you’re going to get with your friends and the more your thing your content is going to be shown there’s a theory that goes around from time to time it’s complete has it’s garbage.
Please post say hello on my profile the say only the same 25 people see my things every day well no that’s not how it works is all of a sudden 45 people will say hello and they’re on their profile.
Actually if you post interesting things you’ll get more you’ll get more interaction and your posts will be shown to a lot more people so that’s kind of why we have to be very consistent on our platforms.
What do you post here here’s 4 examples of things that I posted and this gave you there because the amount of interactions within a day these are from last November.
On the right as one of my late night Facebook or questions and then I posted a few other questions. I defer knowing that I was going to try and grab screen shots for this.
One of my favorites by the way you post that it’s Ok to evidence of that yes or no just post that you’ll get a lot of people giving their comments that that post had legs for the next 5 or 6 days those numbers went up and up and so that if you’re and if you don’t know what to post on social media send me a friend request go into once we’re friends you can go to my photos and you can grab something you know from from one of my one of my things my entire social media presence is set up so that our clients can bind stuff to so feel free do the same thing the only thing I do ask is that you don’t use my Ok I think smokers because I’ve been using up for 9 years and those hash tags are kind of keyed into to us but you could feel the question use it please go read it.
So we want to avoid confusion. There are personal profiles there are business pages. On your personal profile it is you on your business page of does your business is personality.
If you look at my personal profiles and I’m using Facebook here’s an example but its 1st share of this is the same all the way across all of the platforms if you read our personal profiles you’ll see a very different feel than our business page our business page has its own personality it’s our business is personality yes will show through but on our business pages it is 80 percent business and 20 percent personal whereas it’s the exact opposite on our personal profiles.
Personal profiles it’s almost all fun stuff that’s what it’s designed for. That a question always comes up well can I share information between the 2 yes. We only share from our 2nd I was caught this wrong.
If you share from your business page to your personal page if you’re going to put something business like on your personal profile then it’s Ok to share from your business page we don’t do it the other way around and one of the reasons that we do this is that on our business pages all the platforms give us a way to see who’s coming to our pages in general what time of day they where which host to interact the most.
You don’t get on your personal profiles but if I share something from my business page to my personal profile and people comment and react to it on my personal profile those numbers count on my business page.
So we share from we only shared one direction. If you share from your Web site let’s say you wrote a blog and you’re your sharing it it goes from your website your cheval and your personal profile your personal acts can make your business page and from your business page to your personal profile the whole goal is to get in go from your profiles your page here website that’s really what we want to do with social media is we want to get people off of social media to your Web site the challenge there is that the social media platforms don’t like that they want us to stay on the platform so that all of those eyeballs see more ads so we’re kind of playing a game with a valet.
What do you put up those top on your business your pages show your competence you know our our business pages are all about marketing one marketing tip after another.
And that’s where you want to share your expertise we have 8 or 9 different. Names that will just rotate you know the style is the same but won’t change the content and you can do that as well if you need a graphics program this one a free one online it’s called Kanva that allows you to create all of your own names and that’s kind of a fun one.
The clearer if you can make your audience smile all the better the one on the left I really happen to really like because it’s had a florist How mad is she have how many flowers do you have to buy We also like the one of the right which was at a bowling alley and inch dental implant company was sponsored the bowling alley so they brought them in the teeth are not there and looks like smiles that need implants I think that’s just really fun so being being clever is fun.
Couple of other posts the picture on the right we used when we were when we were leaving Los Angeles. We took we posted this sign on the days of our garage sale and then I took this picture and I posted on social media.
Rather than a garage sale people reacted to become buyer stuff we sold out our garage only took us 3 only took us 3 garage sales to sell out our garage it was wonderful.
On the left side we were we had our Lucy booth at a trade show and I’m always watching who’s walking past and the photographer from the Verde independent has the logo of the name thing on I said you need some pictures really is that Ok yeah to take whatever pictures you need and he spent 5 minutes moving us around the booth taking pictures and we ended up on the front page of the newspapers so that we took that front page of this paper and we turned it into posts all of our social media pages so we got into the newspaper and then we shared it as content all the time.
Again clever This was this is a billboard we put up in New York. Sure we did you know I don’t mind that Sharon is number 3 and I came in 5th that’s that’s Ok Any time Sharon comes ahead of me that that is totally fine for her to be in any competition where I am.
Contests these are fun to. Wait when you come to some of our other wear than ours while we run this video. We were in coastal Rica and.
It ended a really long day we got to the hotel couldn’t figure out turn on the shower. Somebody had to come from the hotel to show us how to turn on the shower and it really should be that complicated so we turned that into a video which we turned you know a contest every couple of 100 different people telling us answering the question how did we end up turning on the shower.
I could still run this now I could put this video up today and say Ok so how many people know what happened and you know so a good video that you create and good content that you create you can use it over and over there there’s no reason not to I have a have a whole folder on my on my desktop things I can post on social media I don’t no idea what I’m going to post that day Ok let’s look at the folder and yeah I know that some some stuff gets duplicated That’s all right the odds of one of your Facebook friends or any of your friends on a platform saying what you posted.
A year ago and remembering it comes along so keep track of the posts that you put up that get a lot of traction because the again it’s all about getting people to interact with your profile.

Now the other side of this contest is that when you get a winner you put that person’s face the picture in another name and you say hey this person just more the buck so you get double the exposure for.
Your having conversations social media social don’t forget to put the social and social media whenever someone has a comment I go if you’re in and either like it hot I tend to not like it I tend to use the love because you get more you get more points for.
If it’s more than a like in other words it in just click like they clicked and held and that thing opens up and you have to click one of the other emergencies you get more points for that these people are spending more time to do it so I will tend to love whatever somebody posts on any of our staff and I look for a reason to make comments.
Every time that someone posts a comment and you answer it if they have serious and you have serious your your adding points you’re adding interaction points and the more interaction points you have the more those platforms will show your stuff to more people.
You can go back in and even 24 hours after you post something to make sure that you’ve liked and commented and answer them. And that post will get legs as it were that obese illness continue to get shown to more people.
Here are a couple examples of me having a conversation with folks I posted one of these cookies has to go every time somebody picked one I said you know I went back an answer.
I didn’t really matter what answer it’s just about generating. Likes comments shares the reason we want to do that is that. The more interaction you get when you do post something that has to do with your business more people will see it so all of the other stuff that you’re posting of the just social stuff the fun stuff.
You post a lot of that because when you need to do business where people see it. Since we’re in Maggie now we’re at work we’re going to start our countdown clock for launching our book.

How we one of the ways that we get our books to the seller is that we play the social media game. So what we’re doing now is we’re banking all sorts of points with the social media platforms because we’re we post a lot of fun stuff again the more fun stuff you post the more interactions you get when you do post something for your business the more people will see it and again if we’re friends on Facebook if you are friends on Facebook.
You can you’ll start to see this happen and I and I and in fact once we hit July if we’re friends now watch my page and you’ll see from from a point of view you know use it as a scientific experiment you’ll see how it changes and add more book more stuff all the time.
And that’s how we’re using social media to generate revenue. Because most of the time we’re playing the social game. On your business pages you can kick in a post to the top if it’s something if you post something that is oh that’s like what I do all the time.

So the same stuff goes up that we kind of stay consistent. If you can budget 22 minutes the beginning of your day and at the end even better.
Beginning of the day or posting something and then the day your commenting on all of the comments you also want to play in some different some of the different groups and what’s going to use Mark again.
If there are groups on Facebook to talk about travel well jump into that one answer questions you can do this and it doesn’t take a whole lot of time.
Now because we run social media for a lot of our clients. We have those these platforms open constantly. Give yourself a break for you know closing down don’t feel like you have to be there all the time.
But do be consistent and do budgeting your time every day you’re going to be on there interacting it’ll make your pages far more successful. Get really good at using video on on these platforms we doing an entire Web at our own video for social media and we’ll do it again.

Your sales funnel your social media can be an important part of your sales funnel. You’re using your social media to give information to get people to raise their hand to want to go to your website where they can decide they want to start really interacting and buy from you.
If you’re using social media as your website I would suggest you get ready and you’ve got one line to marketing budget and start budgeting for regular or for regular web site.
Because these platforms are all free but we don’t own them you know I you know we don’t own our profiles they can disappear at any time. What can I do to move that book forward and I’ve got my list my checklist and thankfully after this weekend who’s hit the secret this really nice that year and went sear mom over this over this weekend because I got 2 full days or I could just do book stuff was awesome she’s not telling.

And her client her client base is filled with parents that have children with a particular challenge she helps them you know get help for their kids so she goes into groups where those parents gather and they talk about the challenges that their children have and she answers questions she makes comments she doesn’t go in there and say hey if you need help you know from a legal point of view for this challenge I’m right here it’s not how she doesn’t she answers questions she asks questions what inevitably happens is someone will ask won’t tell me about your child and say and her answer there is you know what I don’t have a child with this challenge but all of it she doesn’t say she’s a lawyer but all of my clients have have are in your same situation and I’m learning I’m in this group to gather information so I can help them better next year and now the rule of sales is next with stocks loses inevitably they will say oh what do you do they just raise their hand now that is not that they asked his path to catch but it does get people back to her page really quickly to check out what she does.
So being social putting the social and social media helps you develop your client base for your fan base.
